Started off well. Then the tech canceled. Not sure exactly how to reschedule. Then I got it! Schedule was set between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Then it was updated to 5:00 pm. Koli arrived about 15 minutes early ... that was fine. Very professional and knowledgeable, helpful. show more
