My boyfriend convinced me to hire someone to mount our tv on the wall. At first we went to Best Buy and we kept getting the run-around from their Geek Squad! Out of frustration my boyfriend finally contacted HelloTech! Not only were their prices highly reasonable, but we were able to schedule an appointment with them the NEXT DAY!!! I'm so glad we got Jose as our technician! He was very professional and prompt! He called us the day before and the day of our scheduled appointment. While he worked on mounting our tv, he was extremely personable and provided advice for the future...(in case we want to get a bigger tv). We LOVE the way our tv looks in our living room! This has been the easiest experience I have ever had as far as tech issues go. Eric was our technician, and not only was it easy to schedule, and easy to communicate with, but he was super friendly, very knowledgable, and quick to fix everything. We had wi-fi extenders put in our house, he cleaned up my slow moving laptop, and threw in a few extras. We had someone else come over and tell us that we needed to replace our entire system at great cost. Eric did all of this for less than $300. EXCELLENT!!!!!
