He greeted me with a smile, proffesional hand shake, and he introduced himself.
He provided analysis of the TV wall mounting situation and what he was going to need to do in order to mount the 75" TV.
He went about the services needed and did so in a polite, friendly, informative manner.
He did EVERYTHING he could do to get the TV functional, but it was Xfinity's problems with the password, etc. I have been having nothing but problems with Xfinity tech support. The Phillips TV lengthy promo did come on, so it proved the TV was functional, but it could not get an outside signal.
Again, Erick V. did everthing he could included making several attempts to find the legitimate password.
I would recomend the services of Erick V. to anyone interest in HelloTech services.
