The Tech was prompt and connected my printers without any difficulties.

Theres not enough room for me to give enough compliments to match the service experience with JC. Ive dealt with a lot of contractors over the decades. I wish they all were clones of JC. Punctual, excellent at explaining the idiosyncrasies of the project. Communication skills were excellent. Left a spotless work area. The list goes on and on FYI Im not that easy to please. I owned an auto collision repair shop for many decades. Deal with many employees and subcontractors. If you were to ask me, would you probably will what could JC have done better? My answer would be nothing comes to mind. Thats hilarious. I just read your next question lol show more

Roberto, was very helpful in getting my TV mounted! He even went to Home Depot when it became clear that we needed some washers to mount it properly. Im very happy with the result after he made sure the TV was laser-level. show more
