This was an incomplete job. He set up my printer but I still cant print from my computer. He told me he set up my printer then left i he didnt really set up my printer though he knew I couldnt use it. I got to pay $79. He didnt really. Solve my problem. show more

ANDRE was an exceptional tech. We are an older couple, and he was very patient in helping us set up a new Samsung TV. He is friendly - not opposed to answering questions and repeating things. He even stopped and pulled off the road on his way home to face time with us for a small problem.
