My Tech Tito B was great. Did great work and everything came out perfect. Now customer service leading up to receiving an actual tech was terrible. Set up multiple appointments with no communication that a tech had accepted the install. Was told an install was scheduled for Thursday from 9am-1pm and nobody showed up so i called and they said they hadnt found a tech to do the service. So the rescheduled it for later that day and said someone would be at my home by 8pm. That never happened. So i took off a full day of work for nothing with no communication that no tech had accepted my install but appointment was confirmed 3 different times. Finally the Fri after i get Tito B who was great and came all the way from NC which is 1.5hrs away from me and got the job done and did great. show more

My printer was causing an error intermittently, David was extremely kind, on time, and did everything he could to solve the issue. He was not able to help in the end, but he gave great service and even called an epson service center to try to set up a repair. show more

Excellent interaction-seemed to completely understand the situation

He was able to set up an Eero gateway when I was unable to, explained how bad the coverage from my old wifi router was, and was nice. The only issue was adding a second Eero - I was able to fix the problem myself after he left, so the system now works perfectly. show more
