Services do not include the repair of physically damaged parts, equipment or wiring. Additionally, we are unable to assist with installations that involve high-voltage (120V or above).
If installing a Nest Cam Outdoor, our Technicians may not be able to install on uneven surfaces such as stucco or stone masonry.
When installing a Nest Thermostat, our Technicians will not be able to remedy issues related to a heating or air conditioning system that does not work.
