“Andy was in communication well in advance of the meeting. He arrived timely. He was friendly and communicated well. He appeared generally knowledgeable regarding the S7 although he had some difficulty finding certain functionality we discussed. Since my wife and I both had the same phone and had some different issues, it was a challenging session for him trying to respond to our different requests. Also, it did not appear Andy was as knowledgeable of Verizon's web processes and support functionality, particularly Verizon's lack of certain common sense functionality for managing material stored on the cloud. Andy spent a good bit of time trying to find workarounds that simply did not exist. We did learn several important things from Andy and it was a friendly and cordial meeting.“
