Move-in/out Cleaning

Living Areas & Bedrooms: Dusting surfaces (tables, shelves, picture frames), ceiling fans and light fixtures, vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping and mopping hard floors, emptying trash bins, making beds and tidying up, wiping down baseboards and door frames, cleaning interior windows and window sills, vacuuming under accessible furniture, dusting air vents and wiping down walls as needed, cleaning behind large, movable furniture, cleaning all interior windows (including frames), polishing mirrors and glass surfaces.

Bathrooms: Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, and showers/tubs, wiping mirrors and countertops, replacing towels (if provided), emptying trash, scrubbing grout lines and cleaning tile walls in the shower, cleaning inside cabinets and drawers, polishing faucets and fixtures, deep cleaning grout and tile, cleaning behind toilets and other hard-to-reach areas, polishing all surfaces, including cabinets and light fixtures.

Kitchen: Wiping countertops and stovetop, cleaning the exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave), washing light dishes or loading the dishwasher, emptying trash, cleaning cabinet fronts and handles, wiping down backsplash, cleaning inside the microwave, wiping down small appliances (e.g., toaster, coffee maker), cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances (fridge, oven), scrubbing backsplash and thoroughly sanitizing the sink, cleaning out and sanitizing the garbage disposal, deep cleaning stovetop and range hood to remove grease buildup.
