If installing a Nest Cam Outdoor, our Technicians may not be able to install on uneven surfaces such as stone masonry or facade.
When installing a Nest Thermostat, our Technicians will not be able to remedy issues related to a heating or air conditioning system that does not work.
Services do not include the repair of physically damaged parts, equipment or wiring.
Nest Doorbell can only be installed if there is pre-existing wiring present at the install site. If there is no pre-existing wiring installation will not be possible.
